The application starts on this screen. In here, all puppets and images are added up and composed to create a scene. The scene can later on be photo captured and saved into Photos album.
To SELECT a puppet or an image, tap within the outline of the object twice. Once selected, the object appears highlighted with red outline. Also, the object comes to the front if it was hidden by other objects. A puppet consists of several parts, in this case, only a part of it appears highlighted, but the entire puppet comes to the front layer.
To SELECT a part of a puppet, tap within the outline of the part (of a selected puppet) once.
To MOVE an image, drag within the outline of the selected object. A puppet behaves a bit different. Dragging the main body part (i.e. the torso of a person) will move the entire puppet. But, dragging a none-main body part (e.g. head, arm, leg) will move the selected body part only.
To ROTATE an image or a puppet, drag around (outside) the outline of the selected object.
To RESIZE an image or a puppet, pinch in or out (outside) the outline of the selected object. Pinching in or out the side of the outline will resize the object crosswise, top and bottom sides will resize lengthwise, and diagonal will resize both crosswise and lengthwise.
In this screen, photo images are attached to a puppet or an image object. By clicking on the IMAGE button, you can select from the Photos album which photo image to affix. After selecting a photo, you would want the outline of the body part of a puppet to contain the piece of image to be affixed on it. This means you would have to move, to resize, or to do both on the photo image, the puppet, or both. To work on it make sure the object is selected by tapping the object twice. It can be moved by dragging it around within the outline of the object. To resize pinch it in or out around (outside) the outline of the object. To rotate, drag it around (outside) of it.
Now, to affix the image fitted in the outline, tap within the outline twice, and to detach the image, tap it twice again.
In this screen, an image affixed in a puppet can be edited. Parts of the images can be erased out.
